On October 22, 2022, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China concluded successfully in Beijing. This congress was a highly important meeting held at a critical juncture when the entire Party and the people of all ethnic groups across the country embarked on a new journey toward building a modern socialist country and advanced toward the second centenary goal. The convening of the congress is inspiring and motivates people to strive forward.

On October 16, 2022, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was solemnly convened in Beijing. Party branches organized Party members, masses, and lawyers from democratic parties to listen to and watch the grand proceedings of the Congress through video live broadcasts, online viewing, and other means.
During the conference, the branch organized Party members, the masses, and lawyers from democratic parties to watch the grand opening ceremony, listened attentively to Comrade Xi Jinping's work report, and engaged in in-depth comprehension and study of the report of the 20th National Congress, the work report of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the amendment to the Party Constitution.

Through a comprehensive and serious study of the Party Constitution, further strengthen the profound understanding of the rights and obligations of Party members, and deepen the profound awareness of the significance of joining the Party.
After the conclusion of the congress, the branch actively responded to the call of the CPC Chaoyang Lawyers Association Party Committee, organizing Party members, the masses, and lawyers from democratic parties to deeply study the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to implement the spirit of the congress in light of their actual work.
Everyone expressed that the successful convening of the 20th National Congress has made Party members and the masses unite more closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core. Everyone unanimously believes that we must further and more deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, strive to create a new landscape for the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics, and contribute to the comprehensive building of a socialist modern power and the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
