Provided legal advisory services or represented a series of litigation cases for enterprises such as Beijing Golf Club, Beijing Sepo Power Education Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Keshen Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Huayancheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Beijing Yicheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Previously participated in a commercial defamation case between a foreign-invested enterprise and a materials company, a series of trademark rights disputes involving a well-known milk tea brand, and a copyright contract dispute between a well-known scholar and a publisher in Guizhou. Represented Beijing Changxin Taikang Communication Technology Co., Ltd. in a tort liability dispute with Mr. Peng, where the second-instance court revoked the unfavorable first-instance ruling against Changxin Company and remanded the case for retrial, and after the first-instance court re-examined the case, supported Changxin Company's entire claim. Represented Beijing Golf Club in the second-instance case of a safety guarantee obligation dispute with Mr. Li, an operator and manager of a public place, where the second-instance court revoked the unfavorable first-instance judgment against the Golf Club and ruled that the Golf Club was not liable for any compensation. Represented Mr. Zhao in an objection to execution by a third party case, where the Supreme People's Court revoked the execution rulings of the Liaoning Provincial High People's Court and the Liaoning Dalian Intermediate People's Court, and instructed the Liaoning Dalian Intermediate People's Court to conduct a re-examination.
