Among them, in the case of representing a certain commercial company to sue a certain town government in Beijing to confirm the illegality of forced demolition, the court ruled that the town government's forced demolition was illegal, and the plaintiff, the certain commercial company, won the case;
He represented a Beijing club in a liability dispute case involving Li and Zhang regarding the operation of business and public places. During the second instance proceedings, he filed an appeal on behalf of the Beijing club. The second instance court overturned the first instance court's judgment holding the club liable for 20% of the responsibility, and dismissed the entire lawsuit of Li and Zhang.
