Zeng previously represented Beijing [Company Name] Development and Construction Co., Ltd. in handling its contract dispute with Xu [Company Name] Construction Engineering for construction projects, and the Xinjiang High Court ruled to dismiss Xu [Company Name]'s lawsuit (the claimed amount was over 144 million yuan). Zeng also represented Beijing [Company Name] Construction Group Co., Ltd. in a construction contract dispute with Inner Mongolia [Company Name] Co., Ltd., winning the case and recovering over 35 million yuan in damages. Zeng previously represented subordinate units of the Beijing Garrison of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in the series of clearance and disposal of real estate projects, where all involved projects were effectively disposed of, and no petitions or protests occurred, thereby maintaining harmony between the military and civilians, and the military and the local government. Zeng also represented a company in a dispute over the infringement of an invention patent right by a listed company in Changzhou, and the case was remanded to the Shanghai High Court for retrial, resulting in the client company receiving a massive compensation.
