Graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree. Former prosecutor (10 years) and cadre of the Supervisory Commission. Previously served as a public prosecutor at a certain Beijing procuratorate, deputy director of the Bureau of Investigation of Crimes of Duty, and cadre of the Supervisory Commission. Has been awarded honorary titles such as "National Silver Medal Business Model of Procuratorial Organs", "Beijing People's Satisfied Political and Legal Cadres and Police", and "Top Ten Business Models of Beijing Procuratorial Organs", and has been awarded a third-class personal merit three times.
Past performance:
Since starting my career as a lawyer (7 years), I have handled over 10 special cases for the National Supervisory Commission (NSC) and provincial-level supervisory commissions; represented in over 60 other economic crime cases, 8 of which major cases resulted in non-prosecution, and 11 cases were dismissed; handled over 230 civil and commercial contract disputes and company equity disputes; and participated in the economic dispute resolution of 32 construction projects, accumulating rich practical experience.
