Personal Experience:
Graduated from Fujian University of Agriculture and Forestry and holds a postgraduate degree from China University of Political Science and Law. Previously worked in the legal department of a second-tier state-owned financial enterprise, responsible for internal audit and litigation. Joined Da Dao Zheng Tong Law Firm in 2016, became a partner in 2019, and has been practicing since then.
During a decade of practice, I have handled a large number of commercial contract disputes, construction engineering disputes, and tort liability cases, while also making outstanding achievements in enforcement business, corporate legal consulting, and economic crime cases.
Past performance:
A retrial case of a construction contract dispute between a certain construction company (SOE) and a certain construction company in Wuxi (original judgment revoked, the opposing party's entire claim of approximately 14 million RMB dismissed and fully executed); multiple construction contract dispute cases of a certain construction company (SOE) (case value exceeding 1 billion RMB); a contract dispute case between a certain real estate company in Chongqing and a certain asset management company in Chongqing (in the first instance, the opposing party's claim of over 4 million RMB was supported by another lawyer; the second instance and retrial were handled by the undersigned, the second instance judgment was modified to support an amount of 18 million RMB, and the retrial application of the opposing party was dismissed); portrait rights and personality rights disputes involving a certain listed company, a certain hospital, multiple internet companies, and several celebrities; a tort liability dispute of a service provider (Li) against a certain construction company in Beijing (excluding medical expenses, a compensation amount of 2.2 million RMB was supported and fully executed); a dangerous driving case of Wang (blood alcohol content 117mg/100ml, *** not indicted); a fraud case of Lin (fraud amount 200,000 RMB, suspended sentence); a smuggling of waste case of Ye (smuggled 660 tons of solid waste, suspended sentence); a crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks of Ke (goods value over 840,000 RMB, suspended sentence).
