Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2020 with a master's degree. During her studies, her major was intellectual property. Since 2022, she has been working at Beijing Da Dao Zheng Tong Law Firm and has been practicing law ever since.
During my employment, I handled and represented a large number of intellectual property and contract dispute cases, and have extensive experience in representing cases involving trademark infringement and unfair competition.
Past performance:
In multiple cases of intellectual property and unfair competition disputes, I have represented clients in trademark and copyright infringement cases. I once represented a winery in Heilongjiang and a winery in Shuangcheng in a dispute over trademark infringement and unfair competition. The opposing party sued, demanding that we change our business name and seeking high compensation. Ultimately, the court ruled that there was no unfair competition, no change of business name was required, and only supported the opposing party's partial claim for legal fees due to the issue of trademark usage boundaries.
