Author Biography
Shi Wenting, a partner at Beijing Da Dao Zheng Tong Law Firm and a Master of Civil and Commercial Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. She has worked in the Beijing court system for many years and possesses extensive judicial practical experience. She is a mediator at the Beijing Multi-Dispute Resolution Development Promotion Association, an arbitrator at the Beihai Arbitration Commission/Beihai International Arbitration Court, a director of the Beijing Women Entrepreneurs Association, a Jin Nang Contract Signing Mentor, and a special guest lecturer at the Wulong Research Institute. Her main areas of practice include marriage and family law, compulsory enforcement, and corporate compliance. She excels at handling complex issues such as cross-border divorce litigation and the division of equity/fund joint property in divorce cases. She has represented over a hundred civil and commercial cases and is able to adopt a combined litigation and non-litigation model to provide professional legal services to her clients.
